With every passing year, Beyoncé continues to show the world why she has the “Queen Bey” moniker. In a recent campaign for Tiffany & Co., the “Renaissance” creator served face, looks and undeniable oomph.
In a few opening shots of the video, the mother of three stares straight into the camera, as she strikes various poses that underscore her vibrant outfits and nostalgic makeup. In another part of the visual, the music maven’s glam is starkly reminiscent of a makeup look from her 2011 “Countdown” music video. By combining a mixture of the classic black smokey eye highlighted by hints of metallic eyeshadow, light blush pink and glossy lips, she goes back in time for aesthetic inspiration.

In one of the shots, the 41-year-old wore a long, black, figure-accentuating dress by LaQuan Smith, a renowned fashion designer known for his unconventional cuts and designs. It isn’t the first time that the Queen is supporting a Black-owned brand though. In her song “Summer Renaissance,” she gives a nod of approval to the Black-owned Telfar brand by singing, “This Telfar bag imported, Birkins, them s–t’s in storage,” a line that promptly triggered an online frenzy.
This ad isn’t her first outstanding stint with Tiffany & Co. Last year, she starred in another campaign dubbed “About Love,” a short film that featured her husband Jay-Z, and showed her wearing the brand’s coveted bright yellow 128.54 carat diamond necklace. In a recent social media post about the project, Tiffany & Co. shared that the output was “the result of a close collaboration and a shared vision,” and further pointed out that the new campaign celebrates true love as a form of self love.
