A make-up rule of thumb is to keep your lids bare when wearing red lipstick. Luckily for us, make-up artist Jordan Spencer is here to show why some rules are meant to be broken! The pro MUA says it's all about new rules, and once you're in her chair, colourful shadows, glitter and gems are teamed with red lipstick for a stunning effect. And Spencer was out to prove her point at the July 10 staging of Carnival GLAMHub, held at the Jamaica Pegasus ballroom. And winner of the hotel's Carnival makeover Rashada Lee — outfitted in a Xodus Redd costume — was the perfect candidate.
